At Play Pet Brands, we want you and your pet to love your new look; if the fit or style isn't perfect, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

Ship It Back

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
